order id – OD118680598686776000 ordered a furniture on may 20. It was supposed to be delivered on June 8. it was postponed to june 15 followed by june 22, june 27 and july 2. Till date it has not been delivered. Called customer care many times to cancel the order. They are neither cancelling order nor providing the correct tracking details of order. I was provided fake details about tracking of aug 2019. Since june 8th I have been trying to cancel the order but they are not cancelling nor providing details. I am told the issue has been escalated and I would get a call back but I never get a call back from the team.
