Text of Complaint by Lokesh G:

I have ordered a mattress and which is not as per the mentioned on the seller page so immediately on the date of received (22/10/2023) raised return mentioning as quality issue and size was not fit to my cot. Immediately next day some technician visited from flipkart/seller not exactly known they took some photos and said the order will be taken back by tomorrow but immediately on the same day my return order was been cancelled. And next day again i raised request the same happened. Then almost 3 time from flipkart also has did the same through customer support executive it remained the same and i was trying to reach customer support superior or the grievance redressal officer but as per provided contact information the concerned person cannot be reached. And superior will be connected like that more than 40 minutes one time and more than 20 minutes i was kept on hold but it was unanswered. And today they r blaming it’s my mistake to choose that as return option and where their customer service staff also chosen y they didn’t guide me the right option? And i was unable to speak or get in touch with the customer support superior or grievance redressal officer and many times when i will be on call it was wantedly disconnected by the staffs. Requesting for a solution and product to be taken back for return and need by refund back
