Hi Team,
I purchased Laptop on 16th July 2023, Order ID: OD428634932772249100, it was supposed to be delivered on 19th July, unexpectedly Flipkart failed to deliver I coordinated with customer care and raised Incident: IN23072020512665616443 they spoke rudely and gave another timeline its 25th July, resolution was ticked marked as resolved and closed.
this is a repeated issue with Flipkart please check my previous tickets almost 10 orders have not been delivered.
When I purchased it’s in the offer, but now it will be a 10k difference I can’t accept silly reasons, I invested my time and I used my card with EMI if I cancel my order I will lose the huge amount, I requesting to delivery my product asap.
Please try to deliver 25th July 9:00 Pm,If fail to deliver please arrange a 12k Bouns apology coupon for me otherwise I will raise a complaint against Flipkart, in the consumer complaints court.
Please try to resolve this ASAP.i am attaching screenshots for your reference.
