Dear Helpdesk Team,
I ordered Grocery Items on Flipkart Grocery on August 3, which would be delivered on 5th August 2023. But on the same day, I received msg for your items are delivered but we haven’t received the product.
The same is reported to your helpdesk on 5th August 2023 Saying the Items are showing delivered without receipt of delivery with Incident: IN23080608583777633907. But still, I haven’t received anything from your end.
Whenever I contacted customer care they are saying this is not on their lookout.
Request you to please do the needful ASAP.
