I have ordered Grocery products on flipkart on 5th August 2022 order id is OD125654243517037000 which agreed delivery was 12th Aug 2022 between 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM but this order did not deliver on agreed delivery time then i got message ordered has been delivered but i didn’t get this order and I tried the delivery person multiple times but call had been disconnected multiple times.
Then i raised complaint in flipkart for this issue(IN22081222273953457471) they give me time line of 4th aug 2022 for solution of this issue but again team didn’t given any solution on said time line again failure while Grocery item are so urgent nobody can wait this much of time. Again i called to customer care they given me a new time line of 17th aug to provide solution but unfortunately flipkart team closed the incident marked as resolved after discussion with customer but i did not received any call nor the products nor the refund amount.
Every time failure with time line and no solution given till now , still i am waiting for solution.
