Text of Complaint by Manish Kumar Singh:

The above mentioned order delivery date was 6th Oct’21 and one of the Delivery staff called on 5th Around 3:40 PM with my product. This delivery was with the exchanges of my old mobile. So after checking my old mobile phone he asked to give INR 1000 in Cash because there are some damage in my old phone. Then i asked to wait for 2 minuets to talk to customer care of flipkart and then he said please call me once you call will be finished meanwhile i am delivery some products in same blocks or areas. So i will come back for your delivery. After 10 minutes i have tried multiples time to that staff but he didn’t picked the call and on 7th i got the sms from flipkart that your order has been canceled because of customer denied to take the package. But this is absolutely wrong. I have never denied. There fore i contacted to customer care but not solution provided till time. I tried to connect with senior person from customer care but all the time while transferring the call was disconnected. I want my order back without any further delay. Please help to get this solution ASAP. I have attached the proof where multiple time i was tried to connect with delivery staff.
