We have purchased a Phone on 14th Sep’21 through flipkart and delivered on 16th Sep’21, after few days phone has stopped working properly (Battery & Sound issue) due to that we have taken it to MI customer care and I was very disappointed to hear whatever they said.
Product was 2018, which has already out of warranty and they were asking charges to repair.
Also Flipkart team has reached at home to collect the phone but they also denied as they are asking to return them a fresh item, How it is possible i was got the warranty void product and they are asking to return fresh product.
Post that ‘ i Have mail to “grievance.officer@flipkart.com” but they are also not responding on mail.
Request to kindly support and help to refund my payment.
