Respected Sir/Madam,
I have ordered Pigeon Favourite IC 1800 W Induction Cooktop on date 10th November 2023 which was supposed to be delivered by 14th November 2023, but somehow the order was not able to deliver the product and when trying to reach flipkart they are trying to delay the process by asking me to wait since the backend team is trying to look after the issue. It’s already 8 days of time and I have still not received my product also I am not able to cancel the product from the site nor flipkart support is helping me out to cancel the product and do the necessary action to initiate refund for the same. So I am attaching the details and proof regarding the same below, kindly help me out here.
