Absolutely unacceptable. Who is delivery guy to decide the cancellation. And why such false promises by the agent?
28th oct 2021 I raise a complaint regarding this, then flipkart Customer executive said that your problem will be resolved by November 2nd. It is an unsatisfactory service produced by Flipkart and Ekart.
Does Flipkart want to say that I have made some mistake by buying product from them?
