I got wrong specifications product.

Product wrong details mentioned in Flipkart website site-
Intel 2400 3.1 GHz LGA 1155 Socket 8 Cores Desktop Processor Silver

…..in multiple places they mentioned 8 cores/octa core processor but I purchased by seeing this specific reason…….after insert in motherboard then I found their is no octa/8 cores, I saw only 4 cores……so seller and Flipkart both cheated and now they declined to take back or replacement because they have no return policy and i purchased by trusting a Flipkart because I used to shop in daily basis in Flipkart. How they doing with genuine and regular customer????

Please resolve my issue or I’ll stop my regular shopping in Flipkart.
