Text of Complaint by Sharlet Binu:

I purchased Provogue S01 Cabin and check in set on 8th October 2022 – to be delivered on or before 29th October 2022. The product was shipped on 9th October and as per the update under tracking item- the product had reached Bhiwandi GW on 14th October however till date I have not received the item.
Multiple calls has never helped – the customer service team just gives me a date and keeps on extending it. I tried raising my concern via twitter – even that has not helped till now. Kindly assist
