I bought ONIDA SMART LED TV on Flipkart on June 1 and I have paid Rs 28,000. The TV was delivered and installed in time. But it is defect piece, which is not working. The person, who came for installation went with a complaint and he assured me the issue would be sorted out in a day. Since then I have been contacting customer care of flipkart they say wait our technician will visit your place and sort out the issue. 12 days passed neither technician has come nor they refunded my money. I am harassed by these people. I want justice
