With a heavy heart and after spending a good 7 days chatting for almost 25
hours with a customer support executive i am writing this complain to brief
you about the issue.
1. Captioned subject order delivered to me on 30 April and I was very happy
with this purchase unknowingly the fact this product is damaged .
2. 01 May: Installation was completed and soon after the installation when
I was watching the TV I noticed a red spot on the TV screen and after
further checking noticed this is something related to screen display . I
immediately raised a replacement request for the same
3. 02 May: Technician (Mr Bharat) visited my place and checked the TV he
said and confirmed this is an issue and the whole screen will go out soon
if not fixed. He called his vendor and they said further flipkart will help
you on that. I thought the product will be uninstalled and replaced
tomorrow but when I checked the status at a later stage noticed my
replacement request was rejected. I then again raised a replacement request
and it was showing 03 May and the same Technician will visit and check
again. I doubt this will happen because the Technician already checked the
same thing a day before then why would he come and check the same thing
again.
4. 03 May: Since this morning I have been on call with flipkart support
executives and no update and help from them. I asked them to arrange
the Technician visit as screen further increased and the on screen number
of lines started to appear. See the pics attached.
I insisted on supporting executives to connect myself to someone senior but
all my efforts went into vain. After spending the whole day Technician did
not visit and without any notice this visit was rescheduled to 4 May. This
is very unprofessional behaviour at flipkart end and utter disappointment
for me. I spent almost *Rs 60K *on this purchase and it’s of no use for
me. I feel like I am being looted by Flipkart. I never had such an
unpleasant experience ever with any other electronic platform shopping.
5. After regress follow up replacement was approved on 4 may and today is 8 th may i still not received my product yet from Flipkart. Everytime i call customer care they ask to wait . I called day before yesterday then they said sir wait till 10 may. Yesterday I called them they said sir wait till 11th may and today they said wait till 12th may. It was so disturbing for me that I can’t even concentrate on any other thing.
6. I wrote multiple emails to grievance officer with cc to ceo but no response. How come a company so casual in customer complains.
7. The cost of the product is 60000 and noone is handling my case and i am feeling helpless.
8. I need full refund of my product.
