I have ordered a wireless mouse and the usb receiver was missing. I raised a return request and the wishmaster who came to take the product rejected it saying part of the product is missing. How ridiculous is this? I have contacted Flipkart customer care and raised this issue. I have tried to return the product 8 times post which the return policy has expired. The customer care just wants me to wait longer saying some BACKEND team will contact me. There is no contact from any team of Flipkart. Now I’m stuck with a mouse without a usb receiver and it is not even turning on.
