I purchased the “DEAL HUNT 4×6 Feet 2 Seater Single Foam” product from Flipkart. It was delivered on August 9th, but unfortunately, the product is of subpar quality and arrived with some noticeable damage that renders it unusable. Immediately, I initiated a return request with Flipkart, as they have a 10-day return/replacement policy in place.
Flipkart arranged for a technician to assess the issue before confirming the return, with the appointment scheduled for August 13th. However, despite this, I’ve had to raise three additional requests for return or refund because no technician has come to my home as promised. These requests have been frustratingly rejected, and Flipkart’s customer support has not been helpful in addressing this matter.
