Below is what I have mailed to Flipkart
Dear Flipkart
I am with pain writing this mail that my issue is pending from past 2 and half month. I have raised the issue many times and not getting any support from your senior executive in solving the same . The issue is i have not yet received my return product and it’s marked as delivered on September 26 at 12pm night. With out recieving the product i am paying my emi and only one more is pending. Hope you people can resolve my issue and refund my amount paid. Attached images of details. I am fed up following up with Flipkart. And we still want to have a good relationship with Flipkart
