Order ID OD427412239096361100 name is narender i ordered iPhone 11 in the sale . I was very curious that I’ll get an iPhone this time. It could be my first iPhone. But on the day of delivery. I received my package and opened it . It was horrible experience for me. I received an empty box. There was no phone. It’s very strange and heart breaking experience for me… I cried alot regarding this issue. So it was very terrible. My return was raised so many times but literally no one is helping me. So now I’m requesting you very humbly please help me out with the solution as soon as possible. I also report a complaint regarding missing item but I’m not getting any resolution. Please help me to aprove my return request this time . I hope you will surely understand my situation pain and bad experience too. Hope you will revert back to me ASAP. Thanks
