Text of Complaint by Abhay Chaturvedi:

I ordered dizo watch R from flipkart at 3099/- but got a unbranded cheap watch with no product packaging and now flipkart just give dates for pickup and refund but nothing happens. Nor they are agreeing on refunding the amount. Everytime i call their support they just give dates.

Its been almost 18 days since i raised the issue. Currently nor the new watch is shipped nor the old watch is picked up.
