Hello Team,

Even though having multiple issues my return request is rejected. My return period is about to over. CC is saying that after the return period will be over then will not help. I need to contact the Motorola company.

This delay is happening on the Flipkart side itself I raised the issue on 26th September 2022 same day of installation but the taking visit is done on 4th October this delay is done by Flipkart they vested 7 days and said the return policy is of 10 days after that they will not help I need to contact Motorola.

So who is responsible for this much delay this way every customer return period will be over and we only suffer from this.

I know that the product model itself has issues so wanted to return and refund but CC is saying that I will get a replacement only. what I will do of the replacement if the whole batch of this model has the same issue after facing this issue checked the review on youtube they are also saying that this is an issue with the Model itself.

My request gets delayed in solution and the return gets rejected every time. They are saying that you need to leave with this quality of the product only.

I wanted to return and refund only if I will not get the refund I will raise a payment dispute on the ICICI bank credit card.
