Flipkart has sent me a defective piece at first, and then they sent me an incompatible product when asked for replacement. I asked for refund of my money, they are now holding my money and are blackmailing me for my ID proof in order to process the returns. This is not at all acceptable, I will not provide my ID to flipkart to process the return. I want them to pickup the product as soon as possible and refund my amount.

  1. Flipkart is forcefully gathering personal identity details . They make it mandatory if we are returning the product purchased from them saying it’s company policy. If it’s a policy it should be done while creating the account or while purchasing product from them but they let us do the shopping and if we want to return some item they make id proof mandatory leaving no option for the customers except proving the id proof as our money is with them
