Text of Complaint by Ramesh:

Mobile phone realme c21 ordered through flipkart on 9.9.21.

Received defective product on 12.9.2021.
That same day I tried to raise the return request . And it was failed due to some technical issue from flipkart.
Next day that is 13.9.2021, I called and tried to raise the request. But flipkart executive told wait for 2 days. Then the request was raised after several call.

Then 17.9.21 return is canceled by seller without any information.

Then same day I requested for reason. Then again flipkart executive told wait for 2 days.

And after days once again I raised request for call and seeking the status. But executive from flipkart told wait for further 3 days
