I have purchased Thomson tv on July 2020 and within 4 months remote stopped working. I have contacted the jeeves customer care to replace it. A technician from jeeves side visited couple of weeks later and confirmed it is an issue with remote and he raised a replacement request. He also told me that the remote will be delivered after 10-15 days.
I called up jeeves again since I havent received replacement item even after a month and now they are saying that the request is closed and remote is not a part of complete protection plan.
Remote not covered is no where mentioned in complete protection plan document.
