I purchased Nokia samrt tv 55inch last two day order I’d: OD224344658814304000 the delivery buy delivered that tv and same day installation guy came to my house and he started to installation. when he switch on the tv the tv screen was already damage and when I was see tv box there is no scratch and damage and How is it possible that the TV under the box can be cracked. And I try to call Flipkart customer care they not responding properly when I ask them refund my money said they not do the refund please help me
