Text of Complaint by Jaspreet Singh:

I have bought sony headphones from flipkart for my office work to use with my office laptop. When I tried connecting it with bluetooth with my laptop it is not compatible and doesn’t worked. It worked with other devices. So, I contacted flipkart and they send a technician for it. The technician was also checked and said he will tell seller that device is not connecting with laptop. Now after few hours the flipkart rejected my refund on their own and told that product has no issue. After this I complained again and there executive called and told me he can’t do anything even if the product is not working and completely waste for me. I have spend my hard earned money Rs3240 which they don’t care. I would tell everyone never to shop again from flipkart. Being a software engineer, every friends family who ask me about my opinion for electronics would surely tell them never to buy anything from flipkart. They have not just lost 1 loyal customer but 30 more customers.
