I had booked the flight (round trip) from flipkart travel on 15th Nov 2020 for the travel date between 26th Feb 2021 to 1st March 2021 travel from Bangalore to Male (Maldives) on Srilankan Airlines.
The flight was cancelled due to covid-19 restrictions over Srilanka. We didn’t get the intimation of this cancellation also either from Agent nor from airlines.
I haven’t received the refund for the flight –>Booking Id: FF20111510367503 and PNR JNVYBV .
This has been now more than one month of continuous reminders and so many mail communication, No refund yet.
They keeps on postponing the issue(find the attached screenshot for reference), i have also checked with Airlines about this issue, they have already sent back the refund amount to all third party vendors.
My money got blocked with them with repeated questions and same lies.This is not a small amount, its about ₹.29,000.
Please help us to get the refund as soon as possible.
