It has been more than 9 months and still Flipkart travel is not refunding money for the booking they cancelled (Booking ID – FF2003236446387). When I call the customer care executive they just tell stories that they have highlighted the issue but nothing happens. I have all the mails and messages as proof in which they are only lying. This is some kind of scam which flipkart travel is doing. They are harassing me from past 9 months but not refunding the money. Please help me as I am urgently in need of my money.
