I HAD RECENTLY ORDERED A WATER PURIFIER FROM MY CREDIT CARD ON EMI OPTION, WHICH I CANCELLED WITHIN MINUTES OF ORDERING. SINCE THEN, I HAVENT received ANY MESSAGE ABOUT REFUND. TO MY SURPRISE I GOT A CALL FROM FLIPKART ASKING MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS ON THE PRETEXT OF REFUND. UPON ASKING WHY ARE THE DETAILS REQUIRED AS THE PAYMENT HAS BE TO REFUNDED TO MY CREDIT CARD THEY DIDNT ANSWER AND TOLD ME ITS A MANDATE. THEY ARE HARSASSING AND NOT PROVIDING ANY SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY AMOUNTING TO 7499 ON MY CREDIT CARD.
