I order a shirt on flipkart on 06-August, 2023.i received the product that used by someone and there is with marks on the shirt like salt of sweat and there is no tags for shirt and striches are damaged. I raised replacement request. But delivery boy refused to take. So, then return request and 2nd delivery boy also refused to take. Then I contacted customer service.they confirmed refund and asked 4 days of time to discuss with seller. After 4 days return policy has expired. then they closed the request by mentioning as issue is resolved. Till now I haven’t received refused and no one came to take that back
