Sir I have order a Butterfly Rapid Plus Induction Cooktop but I have received a missing item in the package. Packing was good but item is missing. Sir I am trying to create return request many times but my refund is rejected and again rejected. Sir please help I am a genuine buyer . I will face this issue The item was delivered through Delhivery courier and I am asking to delivery boy to open the box but he says it’s not my responsibility so he can’t open box. I will try many times Flipkart team for help but he can’t help me and say per day wait for 24hours . Sir I will provide my all details and I hope you will help me pls.
