Flipkart delivered open box LG 32 L convection microwave oven order id OD225861464078144000. Item was returned immediately without accepting as it was found defective and complained lodged with Flipkart customer service immediately . Since then afre 15 calls and multiple emails sent for resolution, but did not receive any resolution. Now Flipkart rejected replacement request giving false reasons. now I had paid but have nothing with me, no product with me.
