I have placed an grocery order on 3rd March. It was supposed to be delivered on 06th March after 7pm. In early morning of 06th March, I called customer care to cancel the order but they told that it can’t be cancelled but you can refuse order at doorstep. So I refused order at doorstep twice on each attempt on 06th March. But they have marked the order delivered. I have raised complaint. But they are just closing early complaint and creating new and not providing the refund. Even after 8 days, they have not resolved my complaint so process of refund has not started yet
