I bought some products from Flipkart one of them is missing. I talk to customer support, but no resolution received they rejected my refund request and blocked the account and not giving refund of missing product.
I have to pay Flipkart paylater of 7018₹ they blocked the account then I am not able to pay
After a couple of days they send a link with principal amount and interest.
Here it is their fault that the account was blocked before the payment was made so I could not make the payment. That’s why I would pay with interest.
Overall, Flipkart is not giving refund of missing product and charging me interest due to its mistake of paylater.
