This concern is regarding order for mobile phone OD123014151311913000 .
The order was placed on 4th October’21 and promised delivery date was 7th Oct’21.
The tracking clearly shows that shipment reached nearest hub on 6th Oct’21 but still it has not been delivered.
After calling around 10-12 times to your customer care executive still I’m yet to get any proper resolution to it. No one knows when will that be delivered.
Is this the kind of service I can expect from Flipkart?
Kindly look into the concern on priority.
