Text of Complaint by Nitesh Kumar Kushwaha:

I have purchased one product(2 bean bags) from Flipkart and also done online payment of 3218 rs. Initally the delivery date was 7th aug 2022 but on this day delivery date is extended to 14th aug 2022. I called the Flipkart customer care to know what the issue and to cancelled the product and return my money but they are not cancelling my order and they told me to wait till 14th aug. Again on 14th aug 2022 the delivery date was extended to 20th aug, I gain called to customer care but they again said the same thing. I waited till 20th but the delivery again extended to 26th aug 2022. This is the worst behaviour/service by Flipkart. They are not delivering the product, neither cancelling the product. I want to file complaint against this and requesting to take action against this. Below is the order detail :
