Hi I had placed my order for a pendrive and powerbank which costed me 2377 . The transaction was successful but my money did not get refunded . It has been more than a week now but no resolution. I called up customer care multiple times but they are not responding correctly. I am extremely depressed as my items were filed for educational purposes and I don’t have money now to place my other orders .
