I have taken loan from bharat pay , this is my third loan and i have paid previous two on time but due to lockdown and market down my business is running slow so im not able to pay daily emis , im still paying whatever i can . I talked to the guy bharat pay sent to my home and he said to pay some amount daily which im doing. But now they started calling my friends and relatives and talking rudely to them how is that legall and how to they get access to my contacts. Now me and my mom are under alot of stress due to this..ill pay the loan but they have to stop calling people from my contacts
