Hello
I’m writing this with utmost dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding the unethical response to a previous email sent by the CS team.
I was assured a gift card in compensation to the cancellation of an order after 10 days of placing the Order.
Post the phone conversation and email I did not receive any communications from the team, I had to reach out to them again and again.
After 3 escalations, the Senior most team denies any such email and considers the email of a grammatical error and tried to console me with an assurance of taking a feedback from me.
