I recently bought Pureit water purifier from Flipkart. As per the scope of supply, installation & demo should be arranged by Flipkart and the same would have been completed by 14-July-23. However the installation is still pending. Despite making continuous calls to Flipkart customer care team, no effective action taken to resolve the issue. And also the executive has closed the issue without completing installation.
