I purchased prestige juicer mixer grinder from Flipkart. But the product is not as per description rather have poor quality. Hence I raised return request for the same 2 days back. As per process I should have got return request by now but it is still not done. I am reaching out to customer care byt they are not providing any update. They are disconnecting my calls and running away from chat without providing any update. I am attaching screenshot for your reference.

Flipkart customer care is really very poor. Now they are simply passing time.

Please don’t buy from Flipkart, they are looting ppl.
