I have purchased mobile along with protection planon 19April2023.
Then I have cancelled the order of mobile same day which include the protection plan. But while refund only mobile amount has refunded and and mobile protection plan status still showing in cancellation request. I have contacted customer care service many time and they rise complaint and other day issue status shows resolved. I have reopened and rise other complaints but no use they are just updating the issue status as resolved with out my concern or contacting me
