my order id is OD125810461543711000 and i ordered Poco M4 pro mobile on 23rd of August . On the day when i checked my order status i saw my order was not been placed. If my order has been cancelled than it is flipkart responsibility to inform customer on the same day so that i could have ordered a new one on the same day itself. Flipkart doesn’t care about their customers at all. They don’t care to inform me about the issue of my order not being placed. If some issues have come with the order placement than its flipkart’s responsibility to resolve it. Why should a customer suffer due their technical issues. Why should i pay more now for the same product when i have already made payment on sale. Please resolve my problem and take necessary actions.
