I have ordered a TV from FLIPKART on exchange on my OLD TV.I have paid online amount of Rs 17099 for this offer.They have not delivered TV and updated status of my order as Delivered and installed.On speaking with customer care they accepted it was seller mistake and he was ready to refund my amount.On asking my a/c details i have sent my account details to Flipkart team, but its been more than 20 days till now they have not refunded the amount and purposely delaying it.I have all the evidence of online payment to Flipkart, Pls help me.
