Dear Sir,

I was Itel P40 Mobile Package Purchased Thru Flipkart, in this Product are Defective issues and Back Cover Accessories are Broken.
I was Lodged Complaint/ Request Raised to Flipkart During the 07 days Replacement Period.
Flipkart was addressed one Technician to issues Resolving Purpose, he was not Visited and Connected me thru Video Call one Mobile Application installed Checked Mobile Defective issues Non of the Reports not Shared to me Directly Sent to Flipkart Concern, I think it’s Purely Flipkart is Clearly Instruction given to Technician. Next day I got the Message for your return Request was Rejected by the Seller we Can’t do Further. Several times I was Discussed with Flipkart Customer Service Executive officers Nobody taking Care of my Request for Replacement of Purchased Product. Finally I was sent the email to Flipkart CEO/Grievance officer’s/Customer Care etc…. nobody taking the Customer Point of issues Resolving Nature and Taking care Only Seller Point of Safety only.Hence, I need to Return and Replacement or Refund my Purchased itel P40 Mobile Package Amount Immediately.
