I purchased a realme narzo 50A mobile at flipkart with mobile protection plan on Oct 04,2021.unfortunately my mobile gets screen damage and I request for claim towards Jeeves mobile care service given by Flipkart.Clear all formalities and paid processing fee i.e 1000rs also on 10.07.2022. From themside they call me and said please pack your mobile for pickup…After all these formalities till now they didn’t pickup my packaged mobile .
Please help me to get my right to repair my mobile under mobile protection plan.
