Text of Complaint by ASHISH SAHNI:

I had purchased Samsung F41 mobile from flipkart along with flipkart mobile protect plan for any damage(CMFK221020006067 ). Last week My mobile got damaged accidentally and I filed for a claim on 31st January(CLCM01012100007). Than on 1st I received a mail regarding payment of 1500 as service charges which I did on very same day. Now I am chasing Flipkart mobile protection service provider(Jeeves Consumer services pvt lts) for last 2-3 days, however still no  pickup has been arranged. on 6th of Jan when I called them I was told that pick up was planned for 5th of January however it was not done and they asked for 2 more days for resolution. Than again on 7th I called them for confirmation I was told that they again need more 2 days for confirmation. Than they shared airway bill number of their courier partner ecom express(_). When I called ecom express I was surprised to know that previous pickup request from Jeeves is already closed and no new pickup request from Jeeves is placed with them for pickup. After getting this information when I called back to Jeeves customer care they were not at all aware of same , and again a simple line from them”We have escalated your issue and will need more 2 days…

All this if just to make fool and harass customers. I could have easily get repair my handset locally from samsung service center on the very same day here in Chandigarh and could have saved so much time as well as money(Flipkart mobile protect plan() and 1500 to jeeves as service charges) and could have saved this mental trauma.

One of the worst experiences of my life dealing with a service provider like you. I am following up for my mobile pickup against the claim , still nothing from your team. Every day your team asks for more 2 days for pickup. Today I was really surprised to know that when I called up Ecomexpress(5503335954) for pickup tracking they confirmed that your pickup case has been closed by Jeeves team and no fresh pickup request has been assigned to them for pickup??????????? Dealing with you is totally mental harassment and waste of time as well as money( mobile protect plan amount paid to flipkart and now 1500 paid to you as service charges)

Dont know how your logistics team work?? they are are not even aware of things happening at your courier partener????
Will request you all to take this matter seriously and sort it out by today itself and expecting a call by today itself
