Flipkart misuses customer’s payment in their internal use, not delivering the order for months

Text of Complaint by Raghvendra Singh:

My Flipkart Order ID is OD426975499534178100
At the time of order they were showing delivery date 11th Jan. They removed cash on delivery option for this order and taken online advance payment from me. On the next day of order 6th Jan they updated product dispatched. After 6th Jan till 11tb Jan there was no further update in tracking. In the Evening of delivery date 11th Jan they updated we could not deliver your order and its delivery delivery date 25 Jan (15 Days later) when I asked them for reason their executive says ther is some unforeseen reason at courier company end. When I asked about which courier company and what is the AWB then they said they don’t have any info abt courier company, it’s with seller. When I asked to provide me seller details and contact numbers they said they do not have any seller contacts. They do not want to provide me any clue of my order status. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my amount. Then Flipkart denied to cancel and refund and said you will have to wait for delivery you can’t cancel the product and they will not make any refund, it’s not in their hands. Such unprofessional behaviour of Flipkart was not expected. They are doing online payment scam making fraud with the payment received from customer. They use this payment for their personal uses without processing for order delivery and increasing the delivery dates for months later. For this payment collection they do not have to pay any interest to anyone. When funds are available with them they will process the order or may go for refund. When they were in need of money they made from customers online payment, they do not have to go behind any banks for loan.
Request you to please take severe action against Flipkart, they are misusing customer’s hard earned money in this way.
Please help to refund my amount.
