I made a purchase of an iPhone14 through merchant EMI option with my Credit Card, my order was delayed for few days and received after few follow ups. Purchased happen on Tue, 24th Oct, item delivered on Tue, 30th Oct. Now merchant EMI conversion did not happen, and I reported the concern to Flipkart support, I was advised to wait for few more days as the support team will resolve the issue and I was given the promises over the call to wait. I waited, issue was not resolved, I approached the credit Bank and check what happened, I was advised to connect to Flipkart support and ask to share the evidence of my purchase with merchant EMI option selected. Being customer, I could not find anything written/mentioned for EMI option in the Invoice. Connected to Support and informed the same and no support person were available to share the details of merchant EMI purchase option and I finally ask them to share the details ask by the credit bank internally while they are working on the escalation I reported. I waited and no output, I received the last month statement, and I am being charged with full amount to pay instead of merchant EMI selection. I reported again, Surprisingly I received SMS for closure of the case I raised. Flipkart support could not reopen the case as well and updated the Case note as below. ” Message from Flipkart
