Text of Complaint by J Srinivas goud:

I have ordered LG top load washing machine 7kg and received a damaged product which has dent on front side product is under return policy and not able return from the app whatever the reason we select for the return reason it won’t submit will get error saying unable return. Then made multiple calls with customer support said wait for the technician visit.
Technician insured and mentioned received damaged product in the job card all the info images shared with Flipkart.
It’s been 1 month daily am calling the support they are opening the issue and closing next day without actually resolving the issue.
Escalated through mail grievance, twitter every possible way no response they simple say wait for 24-48 hours. After that it repeats again .
Flipkart literally cheating the customers by delivering defective reductos and making profits
