I received product on 23rd Jan, but it was not getting ON, so on the
same day I put return request on Flipkart. Seller sends his engineer at
my location, and engineer confirmed motherboard issue. After that
Flipkart approved my refund on 12th Feb but I was facing much delay in
pickup as this process crossed 40 days now. So, I was facing the loss
of my time and money as well. I contacted Flipkart customer support
many times and every time they used to extend another date for
resolution. And finally on 25th Feb I saw on my flipkart window
that my refund gets cancelled automatically. I want my money back as
soon as possible as I have to use that for some emergency work, please
help me out from this. I am waiting from more than 40 days. Its the height of patience. Please
help me.
