Text of Complaint by Anmol Porwal:

I have purchased a laptop on 9th of October 2021 and it would be delivered on 12th of October 2021 & replacement warranty is untill 19 October 2021 and whenever I opened the box the product is damaged. Even I told to the delivery executive to open this box but he denied to open and he told me that I am not able to open this box you are the only person who can open the box. Then on the 15th of October 2021 I am raising a issue with Flipkart regarding this and on 16th of October 2021 technician visit would arrange. Technician totally accept this fault and call the seller for asking 4 digit code but seller denied to give four digit court and also denied my replacement request even technician also told me that yes this product is damage seller totally denied me to do replacement of product. Even technician tried to help me but seller totally deny to give me replacement. I called Flipkart customer support 100 times but no proper response from their side & they always cut my call in between. Even I tagged in twitter too but no response received. I am totally feel depressed as I’m from middle class family & bought laptop for my studies but Flipkart & seller totally defame me. Kindly take an action on this concern. Flipkart delivery person denied to give my replacement parcel & denied to take my damage parcel. As I escalate this matter to consumer forum earlier -complain number- 3042605, delivery person & flipkart togetherly make fool to customers. I want my replacement parcel by tomorrow in any condition otherwise I will file a FIR against Flipkart. Flipkart’s customer support executive always cut my call in between after putting my call on hold or on mute as well delivery guy intentionally can’t give my replacement product. I am feeling too frustrating with Flipkart this is my last order with Flipkart kindly take any serious action on this matter.
